• Mr. Lomakin was a co-founder of a leading Russian food retail chain Kopeika where he was CEO of Kopeika-Moscow and one of the major shareholders.
• After selling his stake in Kopeika in 2007 Mr. Lomakin invested in other retail projects: Fix Price (household accessories retail), Monetka-Moscow (food retail), CentrObuv (shoe retail), Modis (apparel retail)
• Mr. Lomakin graduated from Moscow State Mining University and holds MBA from Academy of National Economy.
