• Prior to joining the Quadro Capital Partners’ team, Nikolay Sergeev worked in Troika Capital Partners from 2005 to 2009. Before that, he was a Vice President of the M&A investment boutique, Eastway Capital in Moscow, where he oversaw a range of high-profile transactions.
• From 2000 to 2002 Nikolay Sergeev worked as an Associate at Aton Capital Group, playing an active role in various projects, including the IPO of one of the first Russian media companies, RosBusinessConsulting, and the trade sale of Oskolcement and Rosnet.
• From 1998 to 2000, he worked at the audit department of KPMG Moscow, that he joined from Dialog Bank, where he worked from 1996.
• Nikolay Sergeev is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Asian and African Studies of the Moscow State University.
