• Prior to joining Quadro Capital Partners in July 2010 Boris Kontsevich held a position of a commercial director at Lafarge Cement Russia for 3 years. As a management board member Mr. Kontsevich actively participated in all aspects of the Russian BU management.
• From 2004 to 2007 Mr. Kontsevich held position of a business development director for Lafarge Group in CIS region. In this capacity he was responsible for proposing a development strategy of the business unit and for identifying and developing acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
• From 2001 to 2004 Boris held position of a strategic planning manager at Lafarge headquarters in Paris, reporting to Regional President of Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS division. In that role he was in charge of regional strategic reviews, performed strategic analysis of Central and Eastern Europe and former USSR markets of construction materials, was involved in due diligence of acquisition targets.
• Mr. Kontsevich holds an MBA from INSEAD (France).
