Quadro Capital Partners was established in 2009 by a team of experienced professionals in private equity and general management. Prior to that the team worked at one of the leading Russian investment houses. While working together the team originated and structured 3 private equity funds, and a number of co-investment projects, with total size in excess of US $1 bn. Moreover, the team has extensive experience in portfolio and general management including funding and capital structuring, preparation for IPO, debt restructuring, cost management, effective operational and distressed assets management.
